How many treatments are needed and over what period of time are they done?
We recommend 3 to 9 treatments to achieve a better facelift effect. Treatments are performed 7 days apart.

Is there a recommended protocol depending on age group?
We recommend the following protocols by age group:
- 30 years – 40 years.
- Active therapy of 3 Venus Lifting treatments over 7 days
- Maintenance care – 1 treatment every 3 months
- 40 years – 50 years
- Active therapy of 6 Venus Lifting treatments over 7 days
Maintenance Care – 3 consecutive treatments over 6 months
- 50 years – 60 years +
- Active treatment, 6 consecutive treatments over 7 days
Subsequent 3 treatments 14 days apart

When is the final result achieved?

Is the procedure painful and are there any side effects?
The Venus LegacyTM procedure is non-invasive, relaxing and absolutely safe. The sensation in the face and neck area is pleasantly warming as the treated area gradually becomes saturated with heat.
After the treatment, the face is slightly flushed, but within a few minutes the natural temperature balance is restored. In some clients the redness is longer lasting, depending on the thermo-regulatory balance of the body. In rare cases, a pinpoint redness (purpleness) may be observed in the face and neck area, but the skin recovers within a few days.
In rare cases, the face may be puffy the next day, but this subsides within the day. The swelling is a sign of working lymphatic activity in the area to draw out toxic stasis.

Are there seasonal restrictions?
No. The procedure can be performed at any time during the year.

Are there any contraindications?
The procedure is not recommended in the following cases:
- In areas with varicose veins, broken capillaries
- Rosacea
- If you suffer from severe hypertension, hyperlipidermia, diabetes, problems of blood circulation and blood vessels, and lymph nodes
- In pregnant or lactating women
- In the presence of a medical metal prosthesis or pacemaker in the patient’s body, spiral
- It is contraindicated in case of active skin allergies, burns on its surface, in the presence of open or unhealed fresh wounds
- During monthly cycle
- During a cold or flu
- During infectious processes in action
